News is reporting that investigators in the VA Tech shootings still cannot find a motive for Cho's actions.
It is apparent that the school is lacking in protection for the students. It is also apparent that the school officials ignored the warning signs marked by Cho's behavior as reported by his instructors.
When viewing the video and other articles of Cho, I feel he is filled with rage at a system that couldn't help him. Didn't acknowledge him unless they made fun of him.
It appears that new policy and procedures need to be developed for all school campuses.
The authorities at VA Tech said they responded to Cho's "stalking" actions but did ANYONE take the time to perhaps find out how to help this enraged sole?
He was bullied and he didn't know how to handle it. There should be mandatory training on the effects of bullying, methods to report it, as well as sanctions for doing it.
